Based in United Kingdom, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any query regarding to our products. Customer Satisfaction is at the top of our Priority. We aim to provide a best and reliable shopping experience for all our Customers. All items are new. We have done our very best to represent the colour of each fabric, but due to the production nature of our fabrics slight variances can occur and images can sometimes appear slightly darker/lighter on different screens. For this reason we cannot guarantee with any certainty that the colour represented in a product image on your monitor is EXACTLY as it appears in the physical world, for this reason we provide samples free of charge. Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not 100% satisfied with the item we are more than happy to take it back. The item should original packaging and tags and must be unworn and saleable condition, full refund will be issued on receipt of returned item. If there is any defects on the item please contact us, we will solve the problem either sending you replacement or issuing full refund as you like.

EXACT BLINDS RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return your Buy it now item for a refund within 30 working days of receiving the item. .
However, this is subject to certain conditions:
If you wish to return your item, you must inform us of your intention within 7 working days of receipt and we will provide you with a returns address.
The item must be securely packed and clearly labelled for return, and a proof of posting must be obtained and retained until we inform you that we have received your item.
The item and any packaging must be in the same condition as it was when you received it and in a re-saleable condition.
Made to measure products are not subject to Distance Selling Regulations, and where incorrect information has been provided we cannot issue a refund in these circumstances.
Most buy it now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 30 working days after the day you receive the item.
Please note if you wish to return any product no fault of EXACT BLINDS should be notified immediately and there will be a pick up charge.
All items should NOT be installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original Packaging, EXACT BLINDS can have the right to Decline a refund if the Return policy is not followed.
